Intended Use
Citizens and developers who are looking for a property that meets a specific set of criteria can use this application to get a list of properties which might meet there needs to research further. Relator websites can provide some of these search criteria but no website or tool I am aware of provides all of them.
How to Use
1.) Select desired data filters (Please select some otherwise far too many results will be returned).
2.) Using the drawing tools in the lower left hand corner of the map draw an area of interest to filter results further.
3.) Click the submit button to execute the request. Note, this may take a while to complete.
4.) Click the identify button at the top right hand cornder of the map and then select a parcel of interest.
5.) Click on the "View Property Info" hyperlink on an item in the "Results" section.

The City of Huntsville cannot verify the spatial or temporal accuracy of parcel data as we do not collect or maintain it in any way. Drive time data is from 2023 and may not reflect the current reality of Huntsville traffic. All traffic counts come from ALDOT and are not collected or audited by the City of Huntsville.
